Unique Homecare Services LLC – USA

Unique Homecare Services LLC is a USA-based company that supports individuals who need specialised care for daily activities. The company wished to open a shop in Uganda due to its owners’ history with the country. They were born and raised in Uganda, so setting up an enterprise of this nature was their way of giving back to the community that raised them.

The task was to incorporate the same company in Uganda and help them enter the market. We completed the task and helped them acquire a certificate of incorporation. We are now on our way to help them enter the market. This will include advising them on marketing strategy and product formation.

Like most clients, we were connected to Unique Homescar Service through a referral. This shows that whenever we do right, we will always end up getting big rewards.

We were sceptical about possibly starting a business in Uganda, but talking to Allan encouraged us to start. They didn’t stop encouraging us but also ensured that we registered with the necessary institutions, and in no time, we commenced operation. We are glad that we landed on the right people.

Milliarde Investments Limited

Milliarde Investments Limited is a general business that runs a Shell Station Franchise. The station has both a fuel station and a POA Shop. The client needed an accounting software and a POS system integrated with EFRIS. They had previously tried other service providers but failed to give them exactly what they sought.

We came in on a recommendation by one of our clients. We offered Quickbooks Enterprise as the accounting software and Microsoft Dynamics RMS as the POS System. Microsoft Dynamics RMS has the advantage of psyching data with QuickBooks, which gives the client an edge in computing data and running reports.

After the implementation, we supported the client with accounting outsourcing, tax consultancy, and audit. Our engagement ended in April 2024, but we will forever be grateful to our customers for this opportunity.

Great lakes Premium Limited – Nakasongola

We started working with Greatlakes Premium Limited in 2022. A group of Indian investors wanted to enter the dairy sector in Uganda by setting up a milk processing plant. They needed a consultancy firm to support them with incorporating, buying land, getting all the preconstruction approved, and supporting the team with market entry once manufacturing commences.

We have been together for more than two years and continue to move a step each year, getting closer to realising our clients’ dreams every other day. We have acquired land for the customer, incorporated the company, and got preconstruction approvals. We now await the commencement of construction.

We do not take the opportunities our clients give us lightly. We know that our performance can prove to be a significant contribution to our communities. When Greatlakes starts operating, it will significantly contribute to the economy. Many young men and women will get jobs, and farmers will have acquired a new product market.

Allan and the team have proved to be a great asset to our project, always available on call and fulfilling the tasks assigned to them in time. The landscape wouldn’t have been easy if it wasn’t for an efficient partner like Voyance.
