Nomad Capital Limited is a general business that runs a Total Franchise. We were brought on board when they realised the need for an accounting system. Their facility has a pump station, so they didn’t see the need for a POS System. Like many of our clients, Nomad Capital learned about us through recommendations.

Given the size of his books and the ease of implementation and adaptation, we advised the client to adopt Quickbooks Enterprise. The implementation was not difficult since the team had only one user and limited stock. When more tasks arose, we added functionality to the infrastructure to adopt the operations of other businesses within Nomad Capital’s control.

GVZ Investments Limited – Kampala

GVZ Investments Limited is a trucking company and truck dealership that expanded its operations and outgrew its preexisting bookkeeping method. GVZ hired a reputable firm to implement an ERP that fits its operations, and this was when they approached Voyance Consulting Company Limited.

We implemented and integrated Quickbooks Enterprise for them, set up their accounts, and have since supported them with their IT Infrastructure. The project took one month. However, the end of implementation is not where we stop. We continue supporting our clients to ensure they use the system optimally.

One of the advantages of working with GVZ is that they knew what they wanted and how they wanted to use it. Therefore, the rest was sorted when we decided on the right product. At the end of the day, we had another happy customer, which is why we are here. To this day, GVZ continues to refer us to other customers, and we are not disappointed.

Dynamics POS Implementation and EFRIS Integration

Krystal Shoppers – Jinja

Krystal Shoppers is a retail supermarket located in Jinja. Its main product category is beauty accessories. It needed a POS system integrated with EFRIS when it hit the VAT threshold. We decided to implement the Microsoft Retail Management System because it provided efficient integration with EFRIS and could easily share data with Quickbooks, its accounting software.

We are experienced with integrating EFRIS, so it was a walk in the park. The project lasted two weeks and was supported for three months. The team was pleased with the implementation and has since adopted Microsoft Dynamics RMS as their POS System from Quickbooks POS.

But this wasn’t our first project with Krystal Shoppers. Our relationship with them goes back to 2021 before Voyance Consulting Co. Limited was created. This shows that our customer relationship maintenance policy is hinged on the company’s management.

VC is a recommendable partner when it comes to ERP systems and business support. I worked with Allan and the team when we had a turnover of less than 500 million, and we worked with him to get to where we are.

Odoo ERP Implementation and E-Commerce Platform Integration

Sensal Systems – Kampala

Sensal Systems owns SqillPad, an online education system that the Ministry of Education has accepted as a tool for schools. The company’s primary offerings include educational content and tablets. Our objective was to integrate Odoo to manage financial and operational aspects.

The integration involved linking Odoo with the online platform to handle billing and synchronize inventory between the two systems. Odoo ERP is a popular SAAS-based application known for its comprehensive module design. Its sales module is a standout feature, encompassing everything a company needs to manage sales and marketing. Additionally, the CRM is integrated with various social media platforms.

While we initially considered Quickbooks, Voyance recommended that we opt for Odoo Enterprise, a better choice than we had anticipated. Their recommendation came highly recommended and they met our expectations.

Accounts Structuring and SAP Training

Ngetta Tropical Holdings – Lira

Ngetta Tropical Holding manufactures pure sunflower oil. The factory is located in Lira, but the company has distribution offices in Kampala. The Company had previously acquired SAP Business One, and with a new management team, it needed a service provider to come in and provide training to the team and also structure its books of account to fix its current financial policy.

The finance team consisted of 5 staff members. They completed a 10-day training course and one month of technical support. The team was pleased with the services and gave us another contract to integrate EFRIS with SAP. EFRIS is the tax reporting system for the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA).

While every project has its own challenges, we are glad to have reached this milestone with Ngetta Tropical Holdings Limited and will always be grateful for their trust in us.
