Voyance Consulting is an enterprise technology and operations firm based in Kampala, Uganda. We exist to close the operational gaps that hold African businesses back — by putting the right systems in place, managing critical business functions, training teams, and building custom software when off-the-shelf tools fall short.

We were founded in 2023 with a conviction: businesses across this continent deserve the same quality of technology and operational support that companies anywhere in the world have access to. The gap was never talent or ambition. It was the absence of a partner that could deliver enterprise-grade systems, run back-office operations, train teams, and build custom tools.

Since founding, we have completed 97% of every project we have taken on — on time and within scope. We work across four integrated service lines: Enterprise Systems, Business Process Outsourcing, Training, and Software Development. Most firms offer one. We bring all four together, which means our clients deal with one partner instead of four separate vendors.
